Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Community Support & Warranty Coordinator to join our manufactured home community team. This position serves as a key point of contact for residents, assists with daily community operations, coordinates manufacturer warranty claims, and helps maintain community standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, solving problems, and ensuring residents receive exceptional service.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResident Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and requests.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes.
- Prepare and distribute community notices, letters, and communications.
- Maintain resident files and records accurately and confidentially.
Warranty Coordination
- Receive, document, and track manufacturer warranty claims for new homes.
- Coordinate warranty inspections and repair appointments with manufacturers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor warranty claim progress and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with residents regarding warranty concerns and repair status.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty requests, repairs, and resolutions.
- Assist residents in understanding warranty coverage and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved warranty issues to management and manufacturers as necessary.
Community Operations
- Conduct regular community inspections and document violations or maintenance concerns.
- Assist with enforcement of community rules, regulations, and standards.
- Coordinate work orders and communicate maintenance needs to vendors and contractors.
- Monitor community appearance and report safety concerns.
- Support occupancy, home inventory, and site management activities.
Administrative Support
- Answer phones, emails, and office inquiries.
- Process resident payments and maintain payment records.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and community documentation.
- Maintain office supplies and filing systems.
- Support management with special projects and community events.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, property management, manufactured housing, construction, or warranty coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk throughout the community for inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
