Community Support Team Lead
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $3,000 after 120 Days of Employment
B & D Integrated Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Community Support Team (CST). The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician with experience working with the adult mental health/substance abuse population and a passion for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall delivery of Community Support Team services
- Provide individual therapy to individuals served by the team
- Implement behavioral interventions, including modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal
- Assign appropriate team members to ensure specialized clinical expertise is utilized for each individual
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clinical needs
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to CST team members
- Facilitate weekly CST team meetings
- Monitor and evaluate services, interventions, and team activities
- Complete functional needs assessments and establish measurable goals and expected outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as one of the following:
- LCSW / LCSW-A
- LCMHC / LCMHC-A
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adult mental health/substance abuse populations
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
