We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Content and Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across all platforms. This role is responsible for creating content, increasing engagement, and ultimately driving qualified leads and sales through social media.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands both content creation and automotive culture, especially classic and collector cars, and wants to be part of a fast-growing, high-performance dealership.
Candidates with proven experience in automotive content creation and vehicle-focused digital media will be given strong consideration and may be eligible for compensation at the higher end of the salary range.
About the Role
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across platforms including:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- No Reserve Classics’ website
- Additional emerging platforms
You will work closely with the sales, operations, and the media and content team to showcase inventory, highlight builds, and promote the No Reserve Classics brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (photo, video, reels, TikToks, short-form & long-form)
- Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
- Film and showcase vehicle inventory, including walkarounds, highlights, and storytelling content
- Capture behind-the-scenes content (service, builds, arrivals, day-to-day operations)
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, inquiries and coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up
- Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and algorithms
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the media team on professional shoots and campaigns
- Assist in launching marketing campaigns
- Help build and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms
- Identify opportunities to go viral and increase brand exposure
- Drive traffic to listings, website, and direct sales inquiries
- Drive growth in followers, subscribers, viewership, and overall engagement across all platforms.
You Must Be Comfortable With:
- Being hands-on with content creation (filming, editing, posting daily)
- Working in a fast-paced environment with frequent content needs
- Being around vehicles, filming on-site, indoors and outdoors
- Taking initiative and creating content without constant direction
- Occasionally being on camera or directing on-camera talent
- Adapting quickly to trends and platform changes
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of content strategy, algorithms, and engagement tactics
- Must have your own camera with at least 4k and 24MP capability
- Experience with video editing tools
- Must have your own laptop with 4k capability for editing
- Strong eye for content, storytelling, and branding
- Ability to create both short-form and long-form content
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and audience targeting
- Highly organized and consistent with posting and execution
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of classic, muscle, exotic, and collector cars
- Understanding of what makes vehicles desirable, rare, or valuable
- Photography/videography experience
- Candidates with proven experience in automotive content creation and vehicle-focused digital media will be given strong consideration and may be eligible for compensation at the higher end of the salary range.
