We're looking for a skilled Content Manager to oversee and consolidate a growing presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack into one cohesive, intentional strategy.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Lagos. You will work directly with me, collaborating closely on content planning, execution, and performance.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage a unified content calendar across all platforms
- Repurpose content. One idea, shaped appropriately for each audience
- Write and schedule captions that reflect a warm, story-first brand voice
- Track performance and provide clear, actionable reporting
- Handle community management. Comments, DMs, engagement
- Coordinate content around campaigns, launches, and key moments
- Be present for shoots, planning sessions, and creative briefings
What We're looking for:
You have a strong understanding of how Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Substack each work, and how to tailor content for each without losing a consistent voice.
You think strategically, not just tactically. You can explain why a piece of content belongs on one platform and not another.
You are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.
You write well. Clear, warm, and direct.
You have at least 2 years of experience managing content for a personal brand, founder, or creative business.
