Content Creator
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality content that strengthens brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, social media trends, visual aesthetics, and content strategy, with the ability to create content that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, and short-form content.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the brand's vision and campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copy.
2. Brand Storytelling
- Communicate the brand's values, products, and unique selling propositions through content.
- Create content that builds an emotional connection with the audience.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
3. Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
4. Video Production & Editing
- Shoot and edit reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and campaign videos.
- Create visually appealing content optimized for different platforms.
- Add transitions, graphics, music, and subtitles to enhance engagement.
5. Content Planning & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas.
- Participate in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate innovative content ideas that support sales and brand growth.
6. Photography & Visual Content
- Capture product photography and lifestyle imagery.
- Ensure content reflects the brand’s aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, and designers when required.
7. Performance Analysis
- Track key content metrics such as reach, engagement, views, shares, and conversions.
- Analyze audience preferences and content trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve content performance.
8. Market & Competitor Research
- Research industry trends and competitor content strategies.
- Identify emerging content opportunities and audience interests.
- Stay informed about platform updates and content best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
- Proficiency in content editing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Brummell, the Content Creator will:
- Create premium fashion-focused content showcasing shirts, polos, trousers, and new collections.
- Develop lifestyle, styling, and men's fashion content that reflects Brummell's refined aesthetic.
- Produce Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, founder stories, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Capture product details, fabric quality, craftsmanship, and styling versatility.
- Work closely with the founder to build a strong personal and brand presence online.
- Create campaign concepts that highlight timeless menswear, quality fabrics, and modern sophistication.
- Ensure all content aligns with Brummell's luxury, minimal, and premium visual identity.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
