Content Creator
Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative content for the company’s healthcare and homecare services across social media, website, blogs, ads, and marketing materials.
- Develop content ideas that educate clients, patients, and families about homecare services, nursing care, elderly care, physiotherapy, wellness services, and other healthcare solutions.
- Produce social media posts, reels, short videos, captions, stories, carousels, and basic campaign content.
- Write clear and professional healthcare-related copy while ensuring the information is accurate, ethical, and easy for the public to understand.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations, nursing, and management teams to understand service offerings and create relevant content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Capture photos and videos of staff, services, events, awareness days, and approved patient-care activities while maintaining privacy and consent requirements.
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and basic visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ensure all content follows company branding, tone of voice, healthcare advertising standards, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Research healthcare trends, awareness days, patient education topics, and competitor content to generate fresh ideas.
- Create content that supports lead generation, brand awareness, client trust, and service enquiries.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, agencies, or freelancers when required.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience feedback to improve future content.
- Respond or coordinate responses to basic social media comments and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns for healthcare packages, homecare services, seasonal offers, and awareness initiatives.
- Maintain a library of approved photos, videos, captions, testimonials, and marketing assets.
- Ensure all patient-related content is used only with proper approval, consent, and confidentiality protection.
- Support website content updates, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials when needed.
- Stay updated with social media trends, healthcare communication practices, and digital marketing best practices.
