We're looking for someone who is obsessed with content, social media, attention, and figuring out why one video gets 500 views and another gets 500,000.

You don't need 10 years of experience.
You do need to be curious, competitive, and willing to work.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Creating content
• Finding trends before everyone else
• Writing better hooks
• Testing ideas quickly
• Helping create videos people actually watch
• Posting and managing content across social platforms
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table every week

What We Don't Care About:

• Fancy degrees
• Corporate experience
• Whether you've worked for a huge company

What We Do Care About:

• Can you spot a viral trend?
• Do you understand attention?
• Can you make people stop scrolling?
• Are you willing to test 20 ideas to find 1 winner?
• Can you take feedback without getting offended?

You'll Work On:

• A fast-growing apparel brand
• A founder/personal brand
• Podcasts
• Reels
• TikToks
• YouTube
• Content that reaches millions of people
