Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Presenter role based in Lagos. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns focused on real estate offerings. The Content Creator and Presenter will appear on camera to showcase properties, conduct virtual tours, host interviews, and present brand messages in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, preparing storyboards, recording and presenting video content, and collaborating with designers and editors to ensure high-quality output. The role also includes analyzing content performance, adapting messaging based on audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including scripting, basic copywriting, and storytelling for digital platforms.
- On-camera presenting skills, with clear diction, confident public speaking, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and basic content planning.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams, and to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Basic understanding of video production processes, such as framing, lighting awareness, and working with editors (experience with simple video tools is an advantage).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional familiarity with local languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Interest or experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Communications, Media, Marketing, Theatre, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
