Position ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Marketing

• Record photos and videos for social media platforms and YouTube.
• Capture content during events, parties, ranch activities, and daily farm operations.
• Upload photos and videos to the marketing team for editing.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas, shooting schedules, agendas, and topics.
• Help create engaging and creative content that showcases the ranch and its services.
• Think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to every shoot.

Client Relations & Sales Support

• Give tours to prospective clients interested in our services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Work closely with the operations team to help convert inquiries into bookings and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive experience.

Qualifications

✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Friendly, professional, and client-oriented personality
✅ Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
✅ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✅ Basic photography and videography experience is acceptable
✅ Willingness to learn and grow with the company
✅ Must enjoy working outdoors and around animals
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Available to work weekends and attend events
