Content Creator

We are a fast-growing premium snack brand based in Lagos. We're looking for a content creator who can handle our full digital presence — and lead our growth on TikTok.

What you'll do

• Lead TikTok growth — strategy, scripting, filming, editing, and posting
• Manage and grow our Instagram — reels, stories, captions, and engagement
• Create content that sells moments, not just product — gifting, occasions, lifestyle, and everyday treats
• Track what works — follower growth, engagement, saves, DMs, and conversions
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns — Christmas, Valentine's, Children's Day, and more
• Spot and engage the right creators, partners, and communities to grow our reach

What we're looking for

• Strong TikTok experience — you understand the platform as a creator, not just a viewer
• Comfortable managing multiple channels independently — Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
• Competent video editing — CapCut, InShot, or similar. You can shoot and edit your own content
• A natural eye for premium — you know what looks elevated without being told
• Self-directed — you can take a brief and deliver with minimal hand-holding
• Sales-minded — every post must do something: drive awareness, build trust, or convert

Nice to have

• Background in food, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Understanding of the Nigerian consumer — gifting culture, family occasions, and premium snack behaviour

This is a premium brand. Content that looks cheap will not go out. If your natural standard is high, you'll fit right in.
