Content Creator — Gameplay & Collectibility

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Content Creator to join the Imagination Mining Co team. This role is dedicated to producing high-quality content that showcases both the gameplay depth and the collectibility of our trading card game across video platforms, social media, and community channels — helping grow and engage our player and collector community for our game Wonders of The First.

Key Responsibilities
Gameplay & Collectibility Content

• Plan, film, and edit engaging gameplay videos including deck showcases, strategy breakdowns, and match replays
• Create pack opening, card reveal, and collection highlight content that captures the excitement of collecting Wonders of The First
• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts) highlighting exciting gameplay moments and rare pulls
• Develop serialized content formats such as beginner guides, meta analysis, collector tips, and tournament coverage
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Community & Marketing Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to align content with product launches, set releases, and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with the community to identify trending topics, questions, and player feedback
• Represent Wonders of The First at live events, tournaments, and community streams
• Engage authentically with viewers and followers to build a loyal content community

Brand & Creative

• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual style, and quality standards across all content
• Develop creative concepts that differentiate our content in the TCG space
• Stay current on TCG meta trends, competitor content, and platform algorithm best practices

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years of experience creating video content for YouTube, TikTok, or similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of trading card games (TCGs) — gameplay mechanics, competitive formats, deck-building strategy, and the collector side of the hobby
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Experience with thumbnail design and graphic tools (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
• Demonstrated understanding of social media marketing principles and platform-specific content strategy
• Strong on-camera presence and clear verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet publishing deadlines independently

Preferred

• Direct experience playing, collecting, or creating content for Wonders of The First or similar games
• Experience with live streaming (Twitch, YouTube Live) and familiarity with OBS or similar broadcast software
• Basic audio production skills (voiceover, commentary, sound mixing)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Social Blade, etc.) and data-driven content iteration
• Background in competitive TCG play or tournament participation
• Photography or motion graphics experience a plus
