Content Creator & Marketing Assistant (Video & Photography Focus)

We are a leading lighting manufacturer based in Co. Monaghan, Ireland, specialising in high-quality, custom-made light fixtures for interior designers and trade professionals.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team.
About the Role
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for interior design? Mullan Lighting is seeking a multi talented Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for bringing our handcrafted lighting collections to life through video and photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Content: Create, film, and edit high-quality short form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our products and manufacturing process.
- Content Editing: Use mobile and desktop tools to edit photos and videos that align with our premium brand aesthetic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and sales.
- Product Photography (Would be an advantage) : Execute basic product and lifestyle photography sessions, ensuring our lighting fixtures look their best.
Requirements
- Portfolio/Showreel: Proven experience in video editing and photography (please include links to your work or social media handles).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence presenting on and off camera.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom/Photoshop).
- Aesthetic Eye: A strong interest in interior design, architecture, or luxury craftsmanship.
Optional:
Ideally we are looking for someone who is equally comfortable behind the lens capturing the perfect product shot, and in front of the camera engaging our global audience.
Therefore the ideal candidate would also be open to being part of our team of Brand Ambassadors for Mullan Lighting, either on camera or as a voice behind the content, contributing to social media through product reveals, Q&As, and behind-the-scenes tours.
Requirements:
On-Camera Communication & Content Production (Requirement):
The successful candidate for Brand Ambassador must demonstrate exceptional screen presence and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
Submission of a short introductory video is mandatory to evaluate on-camera fluency and presentation skills (please include a link via YouTube, Google Drive, or similar). This role also requires proficiency in basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere), a technical understanding of product photography, and a sophisticated aesthetic aligned with the luxury interior design market.
Salary will depend on experience.
