Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Develop educational content around posture, pain, movement, and wellness.
• Write captions, hooks, reels scripts, and patient success stories.
• Plan and create monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for video shoots.

Video Content

• Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and educational videos.
• Create before-and-after transformation videos.
• Add subtitles, graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form content.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting across all platforms.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Branding & Marketing Support

• Maintain consistent EEZALIGN brand identity.
• Assist in campaign creation and promotions.
• Support website content updates and blog writing.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing team.

Skills Required

• Strong content writing skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic photography and videography.
• Video editing skills.
• AI tools experience.
• Understanding of healthcare/wellness content is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media trends.

Performance KPIs

• 25–30 reels per month.
• 15–20 static/carousel posts per month.
• 4–8 YouTube videos per month.
• Increase social media engagement by 20%+.
• Generate patient inquiries through content.
• Maintain consistent posting schedule.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5 years in content creation and social media management.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Salary Range (Gurgaon)

• Junior (1–2 years): ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
• Mid-Level (2–4 years): ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month
• Senior (4+ years): ₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month
