About Hineni:
Hineni is an entertainment-tech startup building a better way for actors and casting professionals to connect. Our platform helps actors access more opportunities while making the casting process simpler, faster, and more transparent.
Alongside the platform, we produce daily content covering acting, casting, filmmaking, and the entertainment industry. Our goal is to educate, entertain, and build a community around people who love film and storytelling.
One of our flagship projects is Discover Me - a unique acting competition where performers showcase their talent through professional audition challenges and gain exposure to industry professionals and audiences alike.
We are a small team with big ambitions, and we are looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Skills & Qualifications
- Extremely comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new AI tools, systems, and workflows.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with online communities and forums such as Reddit and Discord.
- Strong short-form video editing skills.
- Experience with editing software such as CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
- Ability to create engaging content from concept to final post.
- Comfortable being the face of the brand and appearing regularly in short-form social media content.
- Confident speaking on camera and creating engaging, personality-driven videos.
- Able to independently film yourself and produce content from concept to final edit.
- Familiarity with email platforms, CRM systems, or client management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- An interest in film, television, acting, or the entertainment industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies.
- Plan and maintain the content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Serve as an on-camera host for Hineni's social media channels, creating educational, entertaining, and trend-driven content.
- Independently record, edit, and publish original videos featuring yourself.
- Write captions, scripts, and creative copy aligned with the Hineni brand.
- Manage and grow Hineni's social media presence.
- Coordinate podcast recordings, casting events, and other productions.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and organizing production logistics.
- Stay current on entertainment news, casting announcements, and social media trends.
- Monitor analytics and help refine content strategy based on performance.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to bring new ideas and campaigns to life.
Position details:
Location: In-person (currently Englewood Cliffs, NJ). Office location may move within a 10–20 mile radius after the summer.
Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours.
Compensation: $600–$800 per week, depending on experience.
