As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-driven Content Creator to help us tell our story, showcase our inventory, and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.

This is not just a social media posting job. We are looking for someone who can help build our brand, increase awareness, generate leads, and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

Position Overview

The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our inventory, promotes our brand, and attracts new customers.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, self-motivated, comfortable using social media platforms, and capable of producing content consistently without needing constant direction.

We're looking for someone who understands how to capture attention, create engaging videos and photos, and help turn online engagement into real customers.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Photograph and video inventory as new products arrive
• Create short-form video content, including Reels, TikToks, and Stories
• Showcase appliance features, inventory highlights, promotions, and customer success stories
• Create content that helps generate leads and increase sales
• Assist with Facebook Marketplace listings and inventory promotion
• Help develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Capture content during deliveries, truck arrivals, warehouse operations, and customer interactions
• Edit photos and videos for social media and advertising purposes
• Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule
• Monitor engagement and help respond to comments and messages when needed
• Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas
• Work closely with ownership and team members to identify opportunities for content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software
• Photography and videography experience is a plus
• Experience managing business social media accounts is preferred
• Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics
• Experience creating content for retail, e-commerce, appliances, furniture, home improvement, or related industries is helpful but not required
