Content Creator (TikTok & Instagram Reels) – Furniture, Design & Home Decor

Location: Norwood, MA
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week

Lousso Designs is looking for a creative and outgoing Content Creator to help grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.

We specialize in custom furniture, upholstery, banquettes, pillows, cushions, and interior design projects. We're looking for someone who can help tell our story through engaging short-form video content.

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, or home décor and enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging TikTok and Instagram Reel content
• Film furniture transformations, upholstery projects, showroom content, and installations
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts
• Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities for our brand
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar tools
• Appear on camera and confidently present information about projects, materials, design trends, and behind-the-scenes processes
• Help build brand awareness and generate leads through organic social media content

Secondary Responsibilities

• Log fabrics into our database
• Organize fabric photos, specifications, pricing, and product information
• Assist with maintaining accurate fabric records and inventory information

Ideal Candidate

• Has a strong interest in design, furniture, interior design, architecture, or home décor
• Has experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video content
• Is comfortable speaking on camera and being featured in videos
• Can write scripts and develop content ideas independently
• Understands storytelling, audience retention, and social media trends
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
