Job Title: Content Editor (Australian company)
We are building a fast-growing commercial finance brokerage and AI-driven platform, and we are looking for a Content Editor / Social Media Assistant to help us scale our content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
This is not a corporate role. We create content that feels like a reality TV show - entertaining, engaging, and real - while subtly showcasing our deals, insights, and expertise.
You will be responsible for turning raw ideas, videos, and notes into high-quality social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn clips)
- Create Canva carousels and static posts for LinkedIn
- Add subtitles, hooks, and formatting to videos
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats
- Format captions and prepare posts for publishing
- Organise content files and maintain a clean workflow
Requirements
- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Strong Canva skills (carousel design, clean layouts)
- Understanding of social media content (especially short-form)
- Good English comprehension and communication
- Ability to follow direction and match a brand tone
- Reliable, organised, and fast turnaround
Nice to Have
- Experience editing content for business, real estate, or finance creators
- Understanding of LinkedIn content formats
- Ability to suggest improvements or ideas
