Role Overview
The Content Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that builds brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital channels. This role ensures consistent storytelling and relevant messaging across social media, website, CRM, blogs, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities and campaigns
· Write captions, blog articles, website copy, email copy, and campaign messaging
· Plan content pillars for awareness, education, engagement, and conversion
· Coordinate with design/video teams for creative asset production
· Manage organic social media posting schedules
· Ensure all messaging follows brand tone and positioning
· Repurpose content across channels for efficiency
· Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
· Research market trends, competitors, and audience interests
· Support launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns with content needs

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
· 2–4 years experience in content, social media, or brand marketing
· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
