Location: Warwickshire / Worcestershire Border (WR11)

Working Pattern: Hybrid working (minimum of 3 days at our Evesham office)

Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000+ (negotiable depending on experience)

About the role

Biocura Healthcare is the parent company behind Streamline Clinics, one of the UK’s leading weight loss providers, and Roxy+Rex, a growing online private pharmacy focused on modern healthcare and wellness solutions.

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially aware Content Marketing Executive to help scale content output across both brands.

This is a content-first role focused heavily on:

• short-form video
• social media content
• CRM & Email marketing
• content repurposing
• paid social creative
• educational & patient healthcare marketing

We are looking for someone who understands modern content, social-first storytelling and how to create engaging content quickly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively owning the content strategy, planning alongside other marketing team members
• Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Meta
• Filming and editing short-form video content
• Repurposing filming days, podcasts and long-form content into social assets
• Supporting paid social creative and marketing campaigns
• Assisting with email and CRM content
• Working closely with clinicians, healthcare professionals and patient ambassadors to create educational healthcare content
• Spotting trends and developing new content ideas
• Helping grow our social channels and online communities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years in a previous marketing/content role
• Experience creating social-first content
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Experience with Photoshop, Canva
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable filming and creating content
• Understanding of modern social trends and content styles
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in health, wellness or lifestyle brands
• CRM/email marketing experience

Desirable:

• Paid social creative experience
• Healthcare or ecommerce marketing experience
• Experience using AI tools within content workflows
