About the role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead multi-platform content marketing for both Eco2Life’s service business and the EcoDo platform. The role is focused on helping Chinese brands expand internationally through strategic content, social media, CRM-driven campaigns and conversion-focused digital marketing.
You will help build brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support business growth across international markets. The role will also involve international travel for content creation, trade shows, partner engagement and business development support as required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that support Chinese brands entering international markets.
- Manage content and social media operations across LinkedIn, WeChat, Red Book (Xiaohongshu), TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Plan and deliver content that promotes both Eco2Life’s services and the EcoDo platform.
- Create and manage thought leadership content, brand stories, case studies, blogs, whitepapers and industry insights.
- Support trade show and event marketing, including pre-event promotion, lead capture and post-event follow-up.
- Work with design, video and product teams to produce high-quality content assets.
- Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to support lead nurturing, email workflows and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor performance across platforms, analyse engagement and conversion results, and improve campaigns based on data.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and ensure content aligns with business goals.
- Participate in international trips when required to support marketing, content production and business activities.
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong writing, editing and campaign planning skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially for Chinese brands, industrial sectors, manufacturing, innovation or export-focused businesses.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and performance-driven digital campaigns.
- Ability to work across both service marketing and platform marketing.
- Comfortable using analytics tools and content management systems.
- Bilingual Chinese-English communication and writing skills are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.

Pay: £45,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
