This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in international solar EPC projects, manage complex contracts, and support Greencells’ continued growth in Europe. Your mission <ul><li>Lead contract negotiations with EPC subcontractors and suppliers</li><li>Manage and administer subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with obligations, working closely with Project Management on contractual terms, deadlines, and budgets</li><li>Support senior lawyers in claims management, dispute resolution, and other legal matters</li><li>Monitor subcontractor performance and report on contract metrics to management</li><li>Ensure all contracts meet applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, EPC partners and subcontractors</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably German or Common Law)</li><li>Fluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantage</li><li>Minimum of five years’ experience in contract management, ideally within relevant European markets</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC), subcontracts, purchase orders, and supply agreements; experience in the renewable or solar energy sector is a plus</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects concurrently</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in cross-functional, international environments</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint, and e-signature tools (e.g. DocuSign, Adobe Sign)</li><li>Experience with project management tools and/or contract management systems is considered an asset</li></ul> What we offer <ul><li>Work in a growing, international company with a start-up mindset</li><li>Office located in a central area of Saarbrücken with excellent transport connections</li><li>Open and friendly working atmosphere</li><li>Flexible working hours with defined core hours</li><li>Corporate fitness program (Hansefit)</li><li>Subsidized parking in the city center or public transport allowance</li><li>Company bike program (JobRad)</li></ul> About us Greencells doesn’t just build solar plants — we help shape Europe’s energy future.
