1. 職責:
結合香港出行趨勢、節日旺季、熱門目的地、競品動向,制定月度/季度的粵語內容整體策略與選題矩陣,規劃長線內容IP與營銷節奏。
研判港澳文旅政策、出入境資訊、本地網絡熱梗,結合產品線制定內容營銷打法,提升品牌本土影響力。
全權審核團隊輸出所有文案,包括行程單、IG/FB貼文、短視頻口播腳本、電郵推廣、海報標語、攻略長文等,確保港式用語地道、資訊準確、營銷力強、無合規風險。
把控文案風格多樣性,靈活切換本土親和風、促單營銷風、深度攻略風、網感玩梗風,貼合香港用戶閱讀習慣,沉澱港式旅遊文案素材庫。
統籌FB、IG、LIHKG、YouTube、香港微信社群等各社交平台、官網等全平台內容發佈節奏與風格的差異化適配。
對接產品部、銷售部、設計部,同步最新產品資訊、目的地政策、旺季營銷需求。
負責粵語文案團隊日常管理、工作分配、進度跟進,制定團隊工作流程與交付標準。
熟悉香港本地宣傳法規、文旅宣傳禁忌、本土文化習慣,嚴格把控文案風險,杜絕用詞失當、資訊錯誤、輿情隱患。
2. 任職要求:
精通港式粵語,熟識香港本土慣用語、網絡潮語、粵語正字;具備良好書寫能力,可獨立處理雙語文案優先。
5年及以上粵語文案經驗,2年以上文案團隊管理經驗;熟悉香港旅遊社業務,掌握旅行團、機票、酒店、自由行等產品邏輯優先。
具備內容策略規劃能力、爆款打造思維,擅長旅遊產品賣點包裝、種草文案創作;有大型營銷活動全案策劃落地經驗。
深度熟悉FB、IG、YouTube、ULifestyle等香港主流社交平台流量規則與用戶喜好,懂香港本地網民傳播習慣。
具備任務統籌、溝通協調能力;抗壓力強,可適應旅遊旺季高強度工作節奏;細心嚴謹,責任心強。
3. 基本薪金: 每月$22,000-$35,000。
4. 工作地點: 深圳市福田保稅區(需到崗辦公)。
5. 工作時間: 上午10:00至下午7:00,每天工作八小時,每週工作五日。
1. Responsibilities:
Formulate monthly and quarterly Cantonese content strategies and topic matrices based on Hong Kong travel trends, peak seasons, trending destinations, and competitor movements. Plan long-term content IPs and marketing schedules.
Analyze Hong Kong/Macau tourism policies, immigration updates, and local viral trends. Develop integrated content marketing tactics aligned with various product lines to enhance local brand influence.
Take full ownership of reviewing and approving all team outputs—including itineraries, IG/FB posts, short-video scripts, email marketing (EDMs), poster slogans, and long-form travel guides. Ensure authentic Hong Kong phrasing, high accuracy, strong marketing appeal, and zero compliance risks.
Maintain diverse copywriting styles, flexibly switch between local friendly tone, sales-driven marketing tone, in-depth guide style and trending playful style, align with reading habits of Hong Kong users, and build up a database of localized Hong Kong travel copywriting materials.
Oversee the publishing schedule and style adaptation across all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LIHKG, YouTube, Hong Kong WeChat communities, and the official website.
Liaise with the Product, Sales, and Design departments to synchronize the latest product details, destination policies, and peak-season marketing requirements.
Manage daily operations, task allocation, and progress tracking for the Cantonese copywriting team. Standardize workflows and delivery requirements.
Familiar with Hong Kong’s local advertising regulations, tourism promotion restrictions, and cultural sensitivities. Strictly manage content risks to eliminate inappropriate phrasing, factual errors, and potential public relations crises.
2.Requirements:
Native or professional fluency in Hong Kong Cantonese, with a deep understanding of local idioms, internet slang, and correct Cantonese typography. Exceptional writing skills; ability to handle bilingual (English & Chinese) copywriting is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cantonese copywriting, with at least 2 years in a team management role. Prior experience in Hong Kong travel agencies or a solid grasp of travel products (including group tours, flights, hotels, and free-and-easy/FIT travel packages) is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in content strategy planning and full-scale campaign execution, with a proven track record of creating viral content, packaging travel product selling points, and writing persuasive product recommendation copy.
Deep familiarity with the algorithms, traffic rules, and user preferences of mainstream Hong Kong social platforms (e.g., FB, IG, YouTube, U Lifestyle). Well-versed in the communication and sharing habits of Hong Kong netizens.
