Corporate Marketing Specialist
In this role, the focus is on supporting the delivery of marketing plans and campaigns across HCF Corporate & Partnerships, contributing to member growth through a mix of owned partner channels and paid activity.
The position is responsible for coordinating and delivering ongoing multi-channel campaigns, ensuring activity aligns to business priorities and achieves measurable outcomes. It plays a key role in bringing HCF and RT campaigns to life across the corporate and partner network, working with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
This role also provides BAU support across corporate and partner collateral, maintaining the core suite of materials and ensuring partner-facing assets are delivered accurately and on time. It contributes to retention-focused activity, including Health & Wellbeing content, supporting engagement with corporate members.
A proactive, self-driven approach is important, with the ability to translate plans into action in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong organisational skills are key to managing competing priorities while balancing BAU delivery with continuous improvement.
Key experience includes:
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including facilitating WIPs and managing approvals
- Ability to connect marketing activity to business and growth goals
- Experience managing timelines, budgets and multiple priorities
- A detail-focused approach to campaign and collateral delivery
- Curiosity for testing new ideas, channels and messaging to enhance performance
