Creative Content & Marketing Coordinator
Creative Content & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Part time - Approximately 15 hours per week
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, organized marketing person who can help Praguery grow its brand presence online and in person. This person should create authentic, fun, trend-driven content that makes people excited to visit Praguery, while also helping promote catering, B2B opportunities, and local brand partnerships.
A hands-on content creator and marketing coordinator who can capture content, plan campaigns, support catering and B2B growth, and identify new opportunities for the Praguery brand.
Main Responsibilities
- Come on-site weekly to capture content: Visit the cafe, food truck, kitchen, and catering events to film and photograph real Praguery moments, including products, staff, customer experience, behind-the-scenes production, and cafe atmosphere.
- Create authentic social media content: Capture “Life and Real Cafe Moments,” not only polished product photos. Examples include staff preparing orders, hands making ice cream, chimney cakes being made, products being served, families enjoying the space, kitchen production, displays, customer flow, and short team moments.
- Plan creative campaigns: Proactively bring creative ideas, follow social media trends, suggest promotions, create campaign concepts, and explain why those ideas could perform well.
- Support catering and B2B growth: Help promote catering, B2B products, corporate events, partnerships, pop-ups, local collaborations, and LinkedIn content.
- Manage a weekly content calendar: Prepare a weekly plan covering social posts, newsletters, campaigns, promotions, shoot days, and content priorities.
- Attend a weekly planning meeting: Every Tuesday, present the upcoming content plan: what we are creating, where shooting will happen, which campaigns/promos we are focusing on, and why.
- Work with the team: Communicate directly with cafe managers/supervisors, the catering team, newsletter person, and chef to coordinate content and keep execution aligned.
- Learn and use video tools: Be willing to learn and use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 or similar company camera to capture professional-quality short-form video.
