Creative Marketing and Brand Manager
Summary/Objective
This position oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. You will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

- Development and implementation of the Brand Strategy
- Develop marketing plan to increase visibility and awareness of products and service
- Move more towards a retail presentation for marketing materials
- Work on new product launches monthly
- Coordinating photography
- Product details (imprint info, product descriptions etc.)
- Approving logos
- Overseeing data management
- Work with graphics team on daily eblasts and social post content
- Work on two catalogs per year
- Create 4 Quarterly trends reports
- Oversee data management on outside sources
- Coordinate attending large tradeshows and product displays
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position managers all employees in the marketing department.
Work Environment:

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel:
Some travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
2. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
3. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
5. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
6. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
