Creator Partnerships Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creator Partnerships Associate to support the growth and execution of our influencer and content creator programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with creators across major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will play a key role in building a strong creator pipeline, coordinating partnerships, and ensuring smooth campaign execution from outreach to delivery.

Duties
- Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify, research, and recruit creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
- Conduct high-volume outreach through email, social media, creator platforms, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified creators aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Develop and manage creator databases and outreach tracking systems.
- Stay informed on creator trends, emerging talent, and platform developments.
- Partnership Development
- Introduce creators to partnership opportunities and campaign requirements.
- Assist with partnership discussions, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate creator agreements, deliverables, timelines, and content requirements.
- Support the development of long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
- Creator Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for creators throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
- Ensure clear communication and a positive creator experience.
- Follow up regularly to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content submissions, and creator deliverables.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure all partnership requirements are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, strategy, creative, and account management.
- Assist in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, outreach, PR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the broader creator economy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with influencers, creators, talent agencies, or marketing agencies.
- Existing network within the creator, influencer, or agency ecosystem.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, or creator databases.
- Experience supporting social media, brand marketing, or content campaigns.
Pay: $56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
