Founded in 2005, Hammam Spa by Céla is a luxury wellness destination with locations at King Street West and Bayview Village. We are looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator to support retention marketing, customer engagement, and digital campaign performance.
Role Overview
This role focuses on email marketing, CRM management, campaign coordination, and customer retention through Klaviyo and Shopify. You will support campaigns across email, SMS, website, and digital channels while monitoring performance and improving engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, automations, segmentation, and flows
- Coordinate retention campaigns and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and reporting through Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta
- Support Shopify marketing integrations and customer journey optimization
- Maintain website content and online listings
- Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and marketing initiatives
Required Experience (applications without these qualifications will not be reviewed)
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience (required)
- Shopify experience (required)
- Email marketing and CRM management experience
- Strong reporting and analytics skills
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, retention marketing, or CRM coordination
