CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiry and feedback (including guest comment, call, and messages)
• Upsell / promote company package and service
• Assist in daily marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Marcom Background is preferred
• Fluent spoken & written in Malay and Chinese.
• Good in reporting skill and date analysis
• Relevant ork experience is preferred

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
