Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator
Full Time | 4–5 Days Per Week | SCE Energy Solutions
At SCE Energy Solutions, we’re looking for someone who is confident with people, organised behind the scenes, and creative enough to help grow our brand.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, and marketing/content creation — no two days will be the same.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers while also helping us build our presence online and in the community.
Your role may include:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Booking appointments and helping manage team schedules
- Assisting with admin and day-to-day office tasks
- Supporting customers throughout the install process
- Following up leads and maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting with social media and marketing campaigns
- Creating content ideas and helping film onsite content
- Working with the team to promote completed projects and customer stories
- Helping improve customer experience and company branding
What We’re Looking For
We’d love someone who:
- Has experience in customer service, reception, administration, or marketing
- Is confident communicating with customers and trades
- Is organised, proactive, and reliable
- Has good computer and social media skills
- Can work independently and bring fresh ideas
- Is comfortable visiting job sites occasionally for photos/videos/content
- Has a positive personality and enjoys being part of a growing team
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with social media marketing
- Canva/content creation skills
- Experience in solar, construction, trades, or service industries
- Basic knowledge of Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok marketing
