Position SummaryAs a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing demand generation strategies that drive high-quality pipeline and accelerate revenue growth across the ANZ market.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage modern marketing technologies — including AI-powered tools — and implement data-driven campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline across both enterprise and SMB segments. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, marketing automation, and a genuine curiosity for applying AI to improve campaign efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop compelling multi-channel marketing programs across the ANZ region to generate demand, capture engagement, and grow the sales pipeline across both enterprise and SMB segmentsDeliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their new customer acquisition and revenue targetsBuild integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operationsCreate and optimise AI-assisted nurture streams using intent signals, web behaviour, and customer journey data to deliver timely, personalised engagementDevelop, execute, promote and produce strong webinar campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive registrants, attendees and on-demand consumptionIdentify and execute tradeshows, conferences, and roadshow opportunitiesBroadcast product team innovations to generate demand within the prospect database and wider marketDevelop a deep understanding of the ANZ prospect database, leveraging intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora) to identify in-market accounts and re-engagement opportunitiesBuild partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to capture new leads into the databaseMeasure and report on pipeline contribution (MQLs, SQLs), campaign performance, and AI-driven efficiency gainsLeverage AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to accelerate campaign copy, email sequences, and ad creativeBuild and maintain AI-powered workflow automations (e.g. Clay, n8n, Zapier AI) to streamline lead enrichment, contact scoring, and campaign personalisation at scaleSkills and Experience NeededBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)3–5 years’ experience in demand generation in B2B SaaS, 5–8 years in MarketingStrong understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce)Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisionsExcellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyAI-curious marketer actively using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai to enhance content creation and workflow efficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsResults-oriented with focus on pipeline contribution and measurable efficiency gains through AI adoptionFamiliarity with intent data and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora)Experience with AI-powered workflow tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier AI)Experience working in or with the ANZ B2B technology market highly regardedCompetenciesAccountabilityAdaptabilityApplied LearningAI Curiosity & InnovationBusiness AcumenDealing with AmbiguityCollaborationCustomer FocusDecision MakingDriving for ResultsInitiating ActionTechnical/Professional Skills and KnowledgeAbout the CompanyBoards set the standard for what organizations can achieve.
