Dental Front Office Lead & Field Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, bubbly, and presentable Front Office Lead & Field Marketing Coordinator. This is a role for a go-getter who can seamlessly pivot between managing a warm, welcoming front desk and hitting the pavement to build strong referral relationships in the local community. Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Leadership & Scheduling (In-Office)

• The Face of the Practice: Greet patients with a warm, enthusiastic, and "bubbly" personality, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Schedule Optimization: Master the art of building a full, highly productive schedule for our providers, minimizing gaps and maximizing efficiency.
• Patient Coordination: Manage phone calls, check-ins/check-outs, treatment presentation, and insurance verification with accuracy and charm.
• Team Support: Lead by example at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent patient communication.

Field Marketing & Practice Growth (In the Community)

• Relationship Building: Visit local general dental practices in the Tustin and greater Orange County area to introduce our newest provider and build a strong referral network.
• Community Awareness: Act as our brand ambassador, distributing marketing materials, organizing meet-and-greets, and dropping off goodies to local offices.
• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute creative ideas to "re-introduce" our practice to the community and win back dormant referral sources.
• Track Results: Keep organized records of marketing visits and track the increase in new patient referrals.

What We Are Looking For

• Personality: You are outgoing, enthusiastic, and possess a genuinely bright, positive energy that lights up a room.
• Fearless Communication: You are not shy! You thrive on meeting new people and feel confident walking into local offices to pitch our provider and services.
• Dental Savvy: Previous experience in a dental front office is required (Endodontic or specialty experience is a huge plus!).
• The "Hustle" Factor: You have a proven track record of building busy schedules and a passion for marketing and business growth.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tustin/Orange County community is highly preferred.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for local marketing field visits.
