Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Marketing Coordinator to provide boots-on-the-ground marketing
support for our specialty endodontic practice. This role focuses on strengthening and
maintaining relationships with referring general dentists through quarterly office visits,
communication, and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate is personable,
professional, and enjoys connecting with people.
Schedule: PRN (as needed), approximately once per quarter or as business needs require.

The salary range for this role is $20-$22 per hour. We are seeking a Dental Marketing Coordinator to provide boots-on-the-ground marketing
support for our specialty endodontic practice. This role focuses on strengthening and
maintaining relationships with referring general dentists through quarterly office visits,
communication, and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate is personable,
professional, and enjoys connecting with people.
Schedule: PRN (as needed), approximately once per quarter or as business needs require.
Responsibilities:
- Visit referring dental offices on a quarterly basis to maintain and strengthen
relationships. - Deliver marketing materials, referral information, and occasional appreciation gifts.
- Serve as a positive representative of the practice within the dental community.
- Build rapport with dentists, office managers, and team members at referral offices.
- Gather feedback from referring offices and share insights with practice leadership.
- Track office visits and maintain accurate referral contact information.

Identify opportunities to strengthen existing referral relationships and develop new
ones.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Dental or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
