Position: Digital & Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital & Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and digital initiatives across our hotel properties. This role drives brand growth, online visibility, and revenue through data-driven campaigns and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Translate the IMS Director’s overall marketing strategy into detailed, actionable digital marketing plans.
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for campaigns, considering target audiences, channels, budget, and desired outcomes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction and innovative campaign ideas.
- Support and actively participate in HII-initiated travel and trade exhibits.
Campaign Oversight & Management:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of digital marketing campaigns across various properties and channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and tone.
- Track campaign performance, oversee adspend and budget, analyze results, optimize initiatives to maximize ROI, and improve ROAS.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and present regular reports on ad spend, ROAS, revenue performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making
- Work closely with management to align marketing performance with revenue goals
Creative Collaboration & Content Production:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to align on campaign concepts, deliverables, and content strategies.
- Manage timelines and milestones for creative development, ensuring content quality and brand standards are maintained.
- Facilitate smooth communication between creative teams and the properties.
External Agency Management:
- Select, coordinate, and oversee external digital marketing agencies.
- Clearly communicate project scope, objectives, and expectations.
- Monitor agency performance, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Pre-Opening and Launch Activities:
- Drive hotel pre-opening marketing efforts by defining launch plans, including branding, promotion, and digital presence.
- Develop targeted campaigns to generate buzz and attract initial guests.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure a cohesive market entry strategy.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of digital marketing experience (hospitality preferred)
- 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics (GA4)
- Proven track record in campaign optimization, lead generation, and brand growth
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and hotel systems is an advantage
