We are seeking a creative, trendy, and tech-forward Digital Content Creator / Video Editor to join our marketing team at our Shatin Head Office. If you have a sharp instinct for internet trends, a passion for home aesthetics, and are excited about utilizing AI tools to elevate and accelerate content creation, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Short-Form Video Production: Brainstorm, edit, and produce high-engagement short videos (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) tailored for the Hong Kong lifestyle market.
- AI Content Generation: Actively integrate AI creative tools into your daily workflow to generate video assets, produce AI voiceovers, and assist in creative content output.
- Visual & Graphic Design: Conceptualize and design eye-catching digital assets, including social media posts, ad banners, and promotional posters, keeping our brand aesthetics modern and unified.
- Creative Pacing & Execution: Take scripts or rough concepts and translate them into polished video content with a strong grasp of pacing, visual rhythm, framing, and color grading.
- Trend Catching: Stay ahead of social media algorithms, trending audio tracks, and visual formatting styles to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in mainstream Video Editing Software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut/Jianying, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic graphic design tools.
- AI Tool Integration: Hands-on experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI video/audio generation tools to optimize content creation.
- Strong Internet Sense: Deeply familiar with current social media trends, video formats, and online viewer psychology.
- Audio-Visual Literacy: A solid understanding of narrative flow, split-screen pacing, composition, and framing.
- Execution & Communication: A proactive team player who can take creative direction, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

- Aesthetics: A foundational appreciation for interior design, home decor, or spatial layout styling.
