Digital Content Manager and Creative Editor
About the Role
Juto Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with ecommerce and lifestyle brands across social media, paid media, and content strategy. We are hiring a Digital Content Manager and Creative Editor to join our fully remote team and take ownership of content production, scheduling, and strategy across multiple client brands simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos, images, carousels, and static posts for multiple client brands using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite
- Produce ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns including multiple variations for A/B testing
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms using scheduling tools
- Manage and maintain content calendars per brand to ensure all creative is ready before posting dates
- Contribute to monthly content strategy and identify trending content opportunities across platforms
- Write engaging captions, blog posts, email copy, and on-brand social copy across multiple client voices
- Support influencer and PR outreach including research, briefing, coordination, and performance tracking

- Flag content gaps, missing assets, and deadline risks proactively without being prompted
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience editing video and graphic content across multiple brands or clients
- Strong copywriting skills across social media, email, and long form content
- Experience managing content calendars and scheduling tools
- Influencer outreach or PR coordination experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to context-switch between multiple brand voices without them blending together
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working fully remotely and communicating clearly via message
Tools You Should Know
- CapCut and Canva as a minimum
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom is a strong advantage
- Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or equivalent scheduling tools
- Google Workspace and project management tools
- AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Opus Clip are a plus
Requirements
- Own laptop capable of running video and photo editing software smoothly
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- No equipment will be provided by Juto Agency
- Must be available for daily check-ins and able to meet content deadlines consistently
- Full-time availability required
