Digital Growth Specialist (Website, SEO & SEM)

Focus: Technical performance, search visibility and paid acquisition.

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Growth Specialist to manage our online presence. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, improving organic search rankings (SEO), and executing high-ROI paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Website Management: Oversee website updates, user experience (UX), and performance monitoring.

 SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page strategies to increase organic traffic.

 Paid Campaigns (SEM/PPC): Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

 Analytics: Track conversion rates and ROI using Google Analytics and Pixel tracking to optimize budget spend.

Requirements

 Proven experience in SEO/SEM and managing PPC budgets.

 Proficiency with Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.

 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (like WordPress).
