Who We Are
Centre House Media is a full-service creative and marketing agency working across hospitality, fashion, property, and lifestyle. We act as the external marketing department for our clients — handling everything from strategy to content to paid media. We're a tight team of five who take the work seriously and have a good time doing it.
The Role
We're looking for a capable, self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of client accounts across social, email, and paid channels. You'll work closely with our Creative Director and Head of Digital on strategy, execution, and reporting — with real room to grow into a full-time position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing social media strategy and content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for a diverse client portfolio
- Building, running, and optimising paid campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Managing EDM campaigns end-to-end — copy, build, send, report
- Collaborating directly with clients to understand goals and adapt strategies accordingly
- Producing performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Contributing to content creation — light photography, video, and basic design where needed
- Keeping across platform changes, trends, and what's actually working
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or a closely related role
- Solid, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- A strong feel for social content — what performs, what doesn't, and why
- Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Comfort with analytics tools and translating data into plain-English recommendations
- Good communication and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines without hand-holding

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
