Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist

BRAND DESIGN
- Enhance and maintain a comprehensive brand kit and guidelines, ensuring consistent use of logos, fonts, and colors across all platforms.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
- Design visually engaging graphics that adhere to brand guidelines for use across social
media, email, website, digital and print materials.
- Assist with website design and updates, collaborating with developers to ensure a visually appealing, user-friendly, and on-brand experience.
- Develop visuals and illustrations using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
CONTENT CREATION
- Write creative content for social media, websites, and email, crafting messages that align with the brand voice and resonate with audiences.
- Develop Content Calendar using Microsoft Planner
- Capture and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and events, managing technical set-up and filming.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
- Lead social media platform monitoring including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create monthly and quarterly social media report to analyze content and page performance.
- Optimize social media profiles including cover photo, profile photo, bio/about, contacts, address, and links.
- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms
- Tracking performance metrics using Facebook and Instagram Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, YouTube Studio, TikTok Business Suite, and GHL Analytics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and monitor GHL (Go High Level) workflow automations.
EMAIL MARKETING
- Create and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, monitoring and reporting on metrics like open rates and conversions; for client communications, staff retention efforts, event announcements, and HR-related updates to keep both internal and external audiences informed.
PHOTO AND VIDEO EDITING
- Edit and enhance photos for digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other editing tools, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
- Perform image retouching, color correction, background removal, resizing, and optimization for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Edit video content for digital platforms using CapCut, ensuring high production value and brand consistency in all visual elements.
- Organize and maintain photo and video asset libraries, ensuring marketing assets are properly categorized, accessible, and optimized for various digital channels.
PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
- Engage actively with the online community, responding to comments and fostering positive interactions to build a strong brand presence.
- Host webinars and other virtual events, manage technical aspects, add graphics, engage with attendees, and ensure a seamless, professional presentation using StreamYard and other streaming platforms.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Graphic
Design, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Marketing, or Email Marketing are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms for a business or agency environment.
- Proven experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.
- Experience with website content management and basic website design updates is preferred.
- Experience in outsourcing, BPO, recruitment, e-commerce, healthcare, or service-based industries is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing.
- Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing software.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, TikTok Business Center, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) CRM and workflow automation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Planner.
Content Creation & Design Skills
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to create engaging social media content, website content, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Skilled in photography, photo editing, video production, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop content calendars and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual consistency.
Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights from marketing data.
- Experience creating monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Ability to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements to marketing initiatives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for webinars, virtual events, and stakeholder meetings.

- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content creation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, landing page creation, and website optimization is a plus.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
