Digital Marketing Assistant Manager
Mission of the job:
The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing leads the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive qualified demand, strengthen buyer engagement, and improve sales conversion across the customer journey.
This role focuses on performance marketing, lead acquisition, campaign optimization, digital platforms, and funnel performance management, ensuring that all digital initiatives are data-driven, commercially aligned, and measurable against business objectives.
It also drives operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of digital systems, analytics, and marketing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
Postgraduate studies or certifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing are an advantage
5-8 years of professional experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Real estate background is a plus
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Job Tasks:
Focus: Strategy, Optimization, and Business Performance
- Reviews lead quality and conversion performance
- Meets with Sales Analytics to identify funnel bottlenecks
- Optimizes media budgets and campaign strategy
- Reviews campaign performance and recommends actions
- Aligns with Sales, Project Marketing, and MarComm teams
- Manages agencies and external partners
- Develops reports and recommendations for management
- Improves attribution, reporting frameworks, and digital processes
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
