Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist (18 Months)
Purpose
OF&EM is looking for a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the Global MarComm team during a period of high activity and transformation.
This role will play a key part in executing and optimizing digital initiatives across multiple channels, supporting content development, campaign delivery, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate combines strong operational skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (web, social media)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Adapt global content for different regions, audiences, and channels
Content & Website Management
- Create and edit digital content aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Support website updates and content publishing via CMS (e.g. Contentstack)
- Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and SEO alignment across digital platforms
Social Media & Editorial Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of editorial calendars
- Support social media content creation (including visuals), scheduling, and monitoring
- Track engagement and suggest improvements to increase visibility and impact
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Prepare regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Support continuous optimization of digital activities based on data
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Units, regional teams, IT, and external partners
- Support alignment across global stakeholders and ensure consistency in execution
- Contribute to ongoing digital and content-related projects
Knowledge and Experience requiered
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or communications
- Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish and a third language is highly appreciated.
- Solid understanding of core digital channels: SEO, social media, web
- Experience working with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. is a plus)
- Good knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Interest/basic knowledge in AI tools applied to marketing and content creation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- A hands-on contributor who can quickly integrate into the team and deliver from day one
- A collaborative team player able to work across regions and functions
- Someone who combines execution excellence with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mes
