Job Description:
We are seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our digital presence across multiple platforms, developing engaging content, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting lead-generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand development, with strong technical and creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and coordinate content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain content calendars.
Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and grow online communities.
Analyse platform performance and provide monthly reports.
Digital Advertising
Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Create engaging written content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
Write compelling marketing copy aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist with campaign concepts and creative direction.
Video Production
Create and edit short-form and long-form video content.
Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Capture and produce content for social media campaigns and events.
Email Marketing
Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns using Brevo.
Build email automations and customer journeys.
Monitor email performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Website Management & SEO
Manage and update WordPress websites.
Upload and maintain website content.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor website performance and user experience.
Requirements - Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in social media management and coordination.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Brevo.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience managing WordPress websites.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Familiarity with Loomly or similar social media scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Advantageous:
Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience working in education, creative industries, or professional services.
