The Opportunity

This is not a typical coordinator role where you spend your days scheduling social posts and writing captions.

From day one you'll be working across a live portfolio of real clients — contributing to Google Ads campaigns, email automation flows, CRM strategy, SEO, and Shopify performance. You'll sit directly under the Principal Advisor, learn how senior digital strategy is built and executed at a commercial level, and develop skills most coordinators don't see until they're five years into their careers.

What You'll Be Working On

Supporting the execution of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — builds, maintenance, and performance reviews
Assisting with email automation setups in Klaviyo and HubSpot — flows, campaigns, and segmentation
Contributing to SEO deliverables — content briefs, on-page recommendations, and reporting
Supporting client reporting — pulling data, building performance summaries, and flagging insights
Assisting with Shopify CRO tasks — product page updates, landing pages, and conversion audits
Coordinating internal project management across Asana — keeping tasks current and deadlines tracked
Supporting client communication and account coordination under the Principal Advisor's direction

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (agency experience preferred but not essential)
Working knowledge of at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SEO, or Shopify
Analytically minded — you're comfortable in GA4 and don't shy away from data
Strong written English — professional, precise, and clear
Self-managed and organised — you know what's due and you get it done
Genuinely curious about digital marketing and motivated to grow fast
Australian citizen or permanent resident (required for this role)

Bonus Points

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Experience with eCommerce brands or DTC marketing
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or HubSpot at a hands-on level
Prior exposure to B2B or lead generation campaigns
