Digital Marketing Coordinator
Yutiliti Fibre is a growing internet service provider with plans to expand into a national connectivity provider.
We are looking for a practical, hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team. This is an implementation-focused role for someone who can take agreed marketing direction and execute it consistently, professionally, and with a clear focus on business results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Yutiliti’s digital presence, social media platforms, website content, digital campaigns, and lead-generation activities. The role is best suited to someone who understands how to turn marketing activity into measurable sales opportunities, rather than simply focusing on engagement or brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing Yutiliti’s digital presence across relevant platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other suitable channels.
- Creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media, campaigns, promotions, announcements, and customer communication.
- Managing and updating the company website, including content updates, campaign pages, and basic landing pages.
- Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Creating digital and print marketing material, including flyers, posters, stickers, customer notices, and promotional material.
- Supporting sales teams with campaign content, promotional material, area-based campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing practical reporting on what is working, what is not working, and where improvements can be made.
- Managing basic SEO improvements and ensuring website content supports search visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinating with external service providers where required, including designers, developers, printers, media partners, and digital platforms.
- Ensuring all marketing content remains aligned with Yutiliti’s brand, tone, and messaging.
- Assisting with internal marketing, communication, and company announcement requirements where necessary.
- Maintaining organised records of campaign assets, content calendars, reports, and marketing material.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a practical digital marketing role, with responsibility for execution and implementation.
- Strong experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign scheduling.
- A good understanding of paid digital campaigns, especially lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
- A good understanding of SEO and how website content supports digital visibility.
- Experience managing and updating website content.
- Design experience using professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar platforms.
- The ability to create practical, business-focused content for promotions, campaigns, customer communication, and lead generation.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns or tasks at the same time.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day marketing implementation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, practical business environment.
- The ability to work closely with sales, operations, and management teams.
Beneficial Experience
The following experience will be beneficial:
- Experience in the telecoms, fibre, ISP, technology, or managed services industries.
- Experience in area-based or location-specific marketing campaigns.
- Experience reporting on campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion trends.
- Experience coordinating printed marketing material or outdoor/local promotional campaigns.
Important Role Context
This is not a senior strategic or executive marketing role. The role is focused on execution, consistency, and practical delivery.
Yutiliti is looking to bring more of its digital marketing function in-house, reducing reliance on external agencies. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable taking ownership of daily marketing activities and ensuring that campaigns are delivered properly, on time, and in line with business objectives.
Marketing at Yutiliti must support business growth. The focus of this role is to generate relevant leads, support sales activity, improve customer communication, and strengthen the company’s digital presence.
