We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a strong blend of e-Commerce operations, platform optimization, and creative design skills. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and creative execution—supporting day-to-day e-Commerce workflows, optimizing digital campaigns, and designing eye-catching promotional and event materials.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations and Platform Optimization:
- Manage day-to-day e-Commerce operations, including inventory updates, pricing accuracy, order
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance website UX/UI, streamline the customer journey, and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor website performance and proactively implement enhancements to drive online sales growth.
Design and Content Creation:
- Produce visually compelling graphics, illustrations, short-form videos, and multimedia assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and email marketing templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create offline marketing collateral, including promotional event materials, flyers, and brochures.
- Ensure absolute consistency in branding, tone, and visual messaging across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization:
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop innovative campaign concepts.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to e-Commerce sales, traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Utilize web analytics tools to uncover customer behavior trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new e-Commerce features and promotions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of e-Commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, excellent project management skills, and strong written/verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data reporting.
- Knowledge of or a personal passion for the wine industry and consumer trends.
