Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive / Associate who thrives on data, strategy, and campaign optimisation. Candidates based in Mumbai or Bangalore are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analyse campaign performance and share actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to achieve performance goals
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates What We’re Looking For:
• 2-3 years Dgital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and optimisation strategies
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and scaling campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
