Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving traffic, leads, and revenue through paid and performance marketing channels. This role manages campaign execution, optimization, analytics, and ROI across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and marketplaces
· Manage daily budgets, pacing, bids, and audience targeting
· Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR
· Build funnel campaigns: awareness, remarketing, conversion
· Coordinate creative testing with content/design teams
· Track website traffic and conversion performance
· Produce weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans
· Manage pixels, tags, event tracking, and analytics accuracy
· Support e-commerce sales events and promotional pushes
· Monitor competitor media activity and digital trends

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· 2–4 years experience in paid media / digital marketing
· Strong analytical skills
· Proven experience managing ad budgets and KPIs

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
