DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
SOCIAL MEDIA
Get involved in developing social media content planning, scheduling and strategizing on a monthly basis including Instagram, Facebook, Threads and TikTok (social media calendar).
Strong persuasive copy-writing skills preferred to be able to influence positive behaviour
Collaborate with the KOLs to brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas.
Develop creative and engaging content for regularly scheduled posts in TikTok platform.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints received via social media channels in an efficient and professional manner
E-COMMERCE
Familiar with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Work with Managers to plan for monthly promotion and campaign.
Monitor and ensure that pricing is consistent and competitive across all E-commerce platforms.
Regularly review product listings and ensure contents are accurate and aligned with the brands marketing and promotion plans.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the E-commerce operations and customer enquiries, new product listing on platforms.
Manage any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
A comprehensive understanding of different social media and E-commerce platforms is essential.
Proficient in merging innovative campaign concepts with analytical skills to generate effective social media content.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment under minimal supervision.

Ability to work independently and multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
