Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the organisation's educational, cultural and community outreach activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing multilingual content, increasing audience engagement, and promoting cultural programmes and events across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong digital communication skills, experience in social media management, content creation, audience development, and campaign performance analysis. This role will contribute significantly to the organisation's growth and public engagement objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support organisational objectives and programme participation.
- Plan, coordinate and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email marketing and digital advertising platforms.
- Create, edit and publish engaging content including articles, videos, graphics, newsletters and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities, increasing audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analyse audience behaviour, industry trends and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with the promotion of educational programmes, cultural events and community initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Support the development of partnerships with media, influencers and community organisations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
Experience: At least one year of experience in marketing, digital communications, social media management, audience development or related fields.
Technical Skills: Experience with social media management tools, content management systems, analytics platforms, email marketing software and digital content creation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Personal Attributes: Highly organised, proactive, creative and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
