Digital Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator
Role Overview
The client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing & Executive Support Coordinator to provide direct support to the Managing Director across website management, product content updates, SharePoint administration, marketing collateral, social media, digital organization, and general business administration.
This role serves as a key behind-the-scenes support function, ensuring that business operations, product information, marketing materials, and digital platforms remain accurate, current, and professionally maintained.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and internal travel team. The ideal person will be technically capable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a diverse range of digital, marketing, and administrative responsibilities.
This multifaceted role combines WordPress website management, Flatsome/UX Builder content updates, SharePoint administration, supplier and product updates, marketing collateral creation, social media support, digital organization, and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
- Assist with business projects, marketing initiatives, supplier communications, and internal administration.
- Prepare, format, and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, and business resources.
- Maintain action lists, monitor outstanding tasks, and help ensure projects progress to completion.
- Assist with email drafting, document formatting, file management, and general coordination.
2. Website & WordPress Management
- Update and maintain company websites using WordPress.
- Manage website content using Flatsome and UX Builder.
- Create, edit, and maintain resort pages, holiday package pages, wedding pages, landing pages, and general website content.
- Upload and format images, PDFs, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Perform basic website modifications using HTML and CSS.
- Review website functionality, including links, formatting, page layouts, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement basic SEO updates, including:
- Page titles
- Meta descriptions
- Image alt text
- Internal linking
- Identify outdated content, broken links, formatting issues, and missing information, escalating concerns to the Managing Director.
- Ensure all website content remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
3. SharePoint Intranet & Product Information Management
- Update and maintain product information within Microsoft SharePoint.
- Upload, organize, and manage supplier updates, resort information, rate sheets, product flyers, and training materials.
- Ensure internal product information remains current and accessible for the travel consultant team.
- Create and update product summaries, supplier notes, and reference documentation.
- Maintain consistency between website content, SharePoint resources, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure product information is clearly organized and easily accessible.
- Support version control and digital file management across SharePoint and OneDrive.
4. Supplier & Product Administration
- Review supplier and resort updates and convert them into clear website, intranet, and marketing collateral updates.
- Maintain accurate product information across both internal and external platforms.
- Update offers, resort inclusions, package details, supplier notes, and product documentation.
- Support the Managing Director with supplier-related administration and communications.
- Help ensure the travel team has access to accurate and up-to-date product information.
5. Marketing Collateral Development
Create, update, and maintain marketing materials, including:
- Wedding flyers
- Resort flyers
- Holiday package flyers
- Agent flyers
- Client-facing documents
- Product update sheets
- Promotional PDFs
- Internal reference materials
Additional responsibilities include:
- Updating existing templates and creating new collateral as required.
- Preparing materials for digital distribution, email campaigns, website uploads, and print production.
- Ensuring all collateral is accurate, visually professional, and aligned with company branding.
- Assisting with image resizing, PDF preparation, and document presentation.
6. Social Media Support
- Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Develop basic graphics, captions, and promotional posts.
- Support campaigns focused on holidays, resorts, weddings, honeymoons, and special offers.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across:
- Other relevant platforms
- Monitor basic engagement and escalate enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Repurpose website and supplier content for social media use.
7. Administration & Digital Organization
- Maintain organized digital files across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Assist with supplier information management, product records, marketing databases, and business documentation.
- Support ad hoc business, marketing, and administrative projects.
- Improve internal templates, filing systems, and administrative processes where appropriate.
- Ensure documents are properly named, filed, and easy to retrieve.
- Perform general administrative duties as requested by the Managing Director.
Essential Skills & Experience
Candidates must possess:
- Strong WordPress experience.
- Experience with Flatsome / UX Builder, or extensive experience with WordPress page builders and the ability to learn quickly.
- Basic HTML and CSS skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in:

- Experience managing website content, digital assets, and marketing materials.

Pay: Up to Php366.00 per hour
