Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in organic digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of increasing website traffic, improving search engine rankings, growing social media engagement, and generating leads through organic channels. Candidates must be able to demonstrate measurable results from previous campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Plan and implement SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Create and manage content marketing campaigns across websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and improve website performance, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
• Manage and grow social media channels organically through content planning, community engagement, and audience growth initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on organic growth.
• Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, and organic social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.), and social media analytics.
• Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and content planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable marketing goals.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must provide evidence of previous organic marketing achievements, including:

• Growth in organic website traffic.
• Improvements in search engine rankings.
• Increase in organic leads or conversions.
• Social media audience and engagement growth.
• Case studies, reports, or performance metrics from previous roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing environments.
• Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications are an advantage.

Note: We are specifically seeking candidates who can demonstrate measurable organic growth results rather than only campaign execution experience. Candidates should be prepared to discuss and present performance outcomes from their previous roles during the interview process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
